This firmware revision provides a security enhancement to the web server feature.

You must change the default password after you log in to the web server for a module that is in the out-of-box state, or when the module has been reset to factory default.

This firmware revision provides a security enhancement to the web server feature.

You are allowed up to three unsuccessful attempts to log in to the web server. When all attempts are used up, you are locked out of the web server for one minute before you can attempt to log in again.

This firmware revision provides a security enhancement to the web server feature.

The web server monitors webpage usage and locks you out of the current session after 10 minutes of inactivity. You must reauthenticate to resume your session.

When you enter the IP address of the module into your web browser, the Login page appears as shown in the following example. You must authenticate with your credentials before you can access the web server.

You must change the default password after you log in to the web server for a module that is in the out-of-box state, or when the module has been reset to factory default.

After you log in with the default username and password, the Change Password page appears as shown in the following examples.

On the third unsuccessful attempt, an “Incorrect Credentials. Login Failed..!” error message displays and you are locked out of the web server for one minute.

The web server monitors webpage usage and locks you out of the current session if no input or movement is detected for 10 minutes. The webpage goes inactive until you reauthenticate to resume your session. You can also choose to return to the Login page.
